Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between you and Survey2Plan Ltd. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may depend on property size, complexity, access, location, required deliverables, level of detail, programme, health and safety requirements and existing information provided.
A project will only proceed once scope, fees and applicable terms have been agreed. If website information conflicts with a written quotation, proposal, appointment or contract, the project-specific written agreement will take priority.
4. Survey scope and deliverables
The exact scope of any measured building survey or related service will be agreed separately for each project. Deliverables may include floor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections, site or topographical plans, DWG, PDF, Revit, IFC or registered point clouds.
The presence of a service or output on this website does not mean it is automatically included in every project.
